What happens next
We have the deposit and your contact details from Stripe. Within one business day we reply with the arrival window for your day, the kit plan for your pantry, and the prep list, which is short: a path to the pantry, and anything you want us to leave alone.
Send the pantry photos now if you have not already. Three is plenty, and they can be taken standing in the doorway with the shelves as they are. We use them to plan how much kit the pantry needs, not to judge anything.
On the day itself, you are making the keep-or-release decisions and we are doing everything else: sorting, the system, the install, and staging the donations. Thirty days later we come back and reset whatever we installed that is not working.
Have ready before we arrive

- A sentence about anything that must not be touched, moved, or seen.
- Who in the household is allowed to make the keep-or-release calls.
- Any unopened or duplicate food you want saved for donation rather than tossed.

What if I need to move the date?
Tell us as early as you can and moving it once is free. The deposit follows the date rather than being a separate booking, so there is nothing to pay again.
How many photos should I send?
Three is enough: one of the pantry open, one of the shelves with the most in them, and one from the doorway. Anything more is welcome, and there is no such thing as a photo we have not seen before.
