Do I need to clean up before you come?
No, and please do not. The whole point is that we see the space as it really runs. We are hired precisely for the rooms people apologize for, and we have seen far worse than yours.
Will you make me throw things away?
No. You make every keep-or-release decision; we build the process that makes those decisions easier and then build homes for what stays. Anyone who pressures you is doing it wrong.
Can I buy the bins and jars separately?
No, and you do not want to. The kit comes with the day because it is chosen for the pantry we are standing in, installed by us, and billed as one bundle at about $380 fair retail. There is no separate store checkout on this site.
What do I need to have ready for the day?
Almost nothing. Clear a path to the pantry, tell us about anything we should not touch, and decide in advance who gets to make the keep-or-release calls. We bring the kit, the tools, and the labels.
