There is no rate sheet on this page, because we do not bill by the hour. Here is exactly what the day costs and what it includes.
Pantry Transformation in One Day is $1,997 flat. One pantry, one day, one crew: Maddie organizes and films it hands-only, Dre installs the shelving and hardware. The price does not change with square footage, and it does not change because the pantry is worse than you described.
A 50% deposit of $998.50 books the date. The balance is due when the work is done, and it can be split three ways if that is easier. The kit we install, containers, risers, labels, and liners, is about $380 at fair retail. It is billed as a bundle: we do not mark up each item, and we do not sell bins separately on this site.
Included in the price: the sort, the system, the installation, the donation and haul-away staging, and a thirty-day reset of what we installed. Not included: our fee for projects that turn out to be more than one pantry, and anything the household decides to buy after the day.
Why one flat price instead of charging by the time it takes: time-based billing rewards the slowest possible version of the work, and you cannot budget for it. One day, one price, and if the pantry takes us longer than we expected, that is our problem and not your invoice.
